Ok, I was just curious. Not sure what to suggest. Have you confirmed the subscription is in your connected services?
It is not listed in connected services. My early access has it list but says product not active. I guess Ford has to turn something on.

Here is from a 22 Manual

BLUECRUISE SETTINGS Enabling BlueCruise
1. Press Features on the touchscreen.
2. Press Driver Assistance.
3. Press Cruise Control.
4. Press Lane Centering with Hands-Free.

Enabling Activation Prompts

1. Press Features on the touchscreen.
2. Press Driver Assistance.
3. Press Cruise Control.
4. Press Activation Prompts.
As I mentioned before, I don't have the Lane Centering with Hands-free option you mentioned above. But when I click on Adaptive Cruise Information it shows the following. I also noticed that my Lane Keeping mode was set to Alert and not Aid, so maybe that's it.

No. Unfortunately, that’s not it. I have that function and I don’t have the BC prep package.

Ok looks like its not active on Fords end as of yet. But I can see that the modules have been updated to the appropriate software. So its a waiting game still. Im am guessing as soon as the connected service goes active it will work for those that have had the 2.5.1 update.

I'm not sure. I just made sure that the parking brake was on and let the scheduled update take place.
Hmmm gotcha yeah I had the parking brake on last night and still don’t go through scheduled.

When I called the OTA team about being stuck on 1.7.1 I was told that since releases are VIN specific there isn't a schedule for reference. I think the roll-out of these power ups should be better advertised. My $75K truck can't get an update that my neighbors $40k truck has. There is no way to track what version I "should" be receiving and running.

After 2.5.1 I get a message saying Blue Cruise active, keep your eyes on the road when I turn on cruise. But Blue Cruise isn't active. The cruise is the same as it's always been.

Hi there! Can you send us a PM with your VIN and Ford dealership information? I’d be happy to look into this F-150 concern on my end.
I'm having the same issue installing update 2.5.1. Can you please help me get in touch with the correct people as well?
