Blue Cruise Not allowing hands free

I just can't see to get the handsfee to work.

Thanks to all the folks on the ECR module progamming guide thread (https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/ecu-module-programming-guide-using-fdrs.8249/unread) I was able to easily upgrade by Job 1 2021 F150 without much issue. Everything seems fine. Under Sync/About it shows the Handsfree valid through 10/2022. I even get prompts on the dash that Blue Cruise is available, however it never allows the handsfree option. It still requires my hands on the wheel. It does however monitor whether or not I am watching the road and warns when I do not.

At first I thought maybe for some reason the section of I65 I drive everyday was not on the approved Blue Cruise roads, but I did a trip on I64 today as well, with the same results. I have no errors, all the appropriate settings are enabled in Sync. All of the updates are applied with no issues. I have even reset Sync and FP just to rule everything out.

Any thoughts on what I might be missing?

That all looks good. It would be a pain in the butt to set everything back up, but I might try a reset on the APIM.

Looks like you aren’t truly active?

the date should be a year from when it was activated that date is a place holder? I may be wrong I don’t have BC but isn’t it suppose to update to march date?

I didn't get an email, but I got the notice in Fordpass.

You have lane centering on in the settings but have you tried activating it with the button on the wheel?

Mine is exactly like his. It was in the app as one year when app notified me. No emails. . But obviously it didn't communicate that from there to the truck. Did a master reset, didn't help. Resetting the apim and tcu sent an array of probs. My connected services showed my original 3 year Nav sync pending and it wanted the $600 to activate BC. The one year disappeared. FP reps got my 3 year Nav sub back, but BC is also gone from Connected Services.

Before I performed the Master Reset this morning only Connected Navigation showed up under Connected Services. I performed the Master Reset as recommended and the truck has not yet given me the Ford Pass Activation message and now shows pending on the FP App. I will go out to the truck a little later and see if it has the prompt to activate yet.
