There is correlation of sequence numbers on the top banner of the window sticker from this small sample. The Sequencing is in step with projected blend days, how they hit the blend point on the line could change at the last second if a major defect prevents that from happening though.

Great spreadsheet. I wonder if Ford is working all of those 5 days building trucks starting on the 2nd or not starting builds until Tuesday or Wednesday each week. Do you have the sequence number for the 4/25 build week for some people that have late week blend dates? I know that the Rouge plant can make 200 trucks a day. They are only making 2.25 days worth of trucks each week. If you have someone with a late blend date the week before, we can compare it see how many trucks before the 5/6 dates we currently have.

Seems that build week 4/25 had some in consistent data on on the window stickers.
Vandy1981 & Myfirstlightning were in sync with respect to Seq1 & Seq3, but Seq2 was not.
kwalt21's numbers were way out in left field.

The 4/18 week a couple points of trend, though Carminus's build was in left field

My 5/8 blend date shows 4/194 ?!?
Not unusual, we have seen inconsistent denominators in the other weeks, this means your are extra special ;)

I wonder if they are working 7 days a week with slide scheduling of the workforce, I've seen Saturday & Sunday blend dates

Love to see more sharing, with at least those who initially participated in reservations and ordering.

I know it's a lot of data processing for our sheet admin though.

Maybe it is an error in the printing on their window sticker. That is pretty odd. I would probably go with the Sequence 2 number since that is the number I have heard on other forums is the number that matters. I wish we had a bigger sample size to gauge everything. If we factor the 4/29 of 8204 and add 22 to his number to complete the 552 vehicles for the 4/25 week, that would mean the last vehicle coming off the line would be 8226. The first vehicle in the 5/2 week should be 8227. That means there are 213 trucks that the forum doesn't have visibility on before the first one this site we see of 8430. At least this way you can actually see the start and finish of the sequence numbers for all of the week by doing a bit of simple math. It would be a fun project to determine in those numbers hold true or not.

I know they are not producing at full capacity at this time. They can put out 200 trucks a day at the plant, but are only doing around 25% of that. Maybe they only have one shift that is currently working it with the plans to hire more employees with the 2023 model. I love spreadsheet work, I would surely lend a hand if we had a huge date pool to draw from.

Several of us (including myself) had our build weeks shifted forwards or backwards so maybe that accounts for the discrepancy.

There are 200+ VINs available on Autotrader if you want more data points ;)

I couldn't find any Lightnings on Autotrader, but I found a bunch of them on cars.com. Something interesting I found, all of them had production dates dated from 3/15 - 4/10. I went through about 10 of them. None of them have showed as being built yet, even as far back as 3/15. I am wondering if that is purposeful by Ford and that they are going to stay that way until after the 4/26 launch event. This is the VIN for that 3/15 production date that I found: 1FT6W1EVXNWG01990. I used shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking to do the research. The order # for all of the mannequin vehicles is F001, so all you have to do is change the VIN each time.

They're all waiting for OK to Buy and I'm guessing that they'll flip that switch this week.

You have to check "electric"and "f150" to find the lightnings on Autotrader. They have more listed for whatever reason.

I pulled ~200 vin from auto trader, the last 20 listing would not work, and for a while I could not get to thier site, might have crashed it or they temp blocked me as a suspected BOT.

Anyhow, the scheduling sequences for the mannequins running vin G00139 to G02457 were hap-hazard, some are still going through production this past week through 4/29.

The customer "Special Orders" have vins running G02614 to G08425, the latter vins do not have stickers yet, I'm assuming these dealers are automatically listing our WEB orders, but many flag them as reserved/pending sale/pending negotiation.

The other sequence numbers occasionally support the trend noted above but other times it does not, I noticed the re-use of the 4 digit code to the right of the blend date.

The 6right VIN's in red are retail special builds, the black are mannequins.
I'll continue watching this data for more regular production trends and the appearance of my VIN if my dealer uses this as a form of MLS for swapping inventory.
