Two concerns...
1) I have had my Platinum for one week. I contacted Sunrun to inquire about my pro-charger and they responded in an email "I'm seeing that ford still hasn't updated the status on your truck being that they have it under production scheduled". I reached out to Ford and they stated it's Sunrun's problem.
2) I reached out to Ford to tell them I had a problem creating a Ford Assistant pin. They stated that Ford Assistant is run by Facebook and that it is a Facebook problem. I asked for contact info to the department in Facebook that might help with this problem. They said they have no contact info.
Seems like Ford is shifting blame and responsibility to the partners it selected to be part of the Lightning kick-off.
Love the truck - really disappointed in the customer service/communication.
