Anyone on BNSF301502? I can’t get the CSX tracking to work. I’ve never tracked trains before!

OK so I’m really confused. The Rail car number that Ford gave me. That train is going to Nevada and I live in California northern California. Of course my dealer says that all trains go to Richmond like others have heard. Apparently this train is currently in Colorado and is headed towards Nevada

And for the record the customer service at UP are A-Holes

All CA trains would go through Nevada, and for Northern Cali, Richmond area is where they get unloaded and then cargo'ed to destination.

For rail tracking, you're not suppose to actually talk to a service rep, just use automated lines... if they don't work, then give up -- customer service isn't intended for us

I looked up your railcar w/ CSX and it said:

Released by the Customer in Minnesota on 7/4....


Ford chat might have given you the wrong number, I feel like mine was wrong as well as it says it was Delivered Gibson, IN on June 11 .

Waiting for my dealer to provide me w/ Visibility Report.

GPS is really crappy in Twin Oaks, PA. Almost every time I check the location, it points to around the same area but not the same point. I saw it was on I95, but then after another refresh it was just parked at the CSX rail.

6/13 Build Week. Arrived at the dealership Friday 15 July took ownership Saturday 16 July.

UP did tell me that rail car will be in Nevada on the 22nd. So I guess that follows suit with a delivery on the 27th - 2nd

So even though my railcar has been unloaded (Placed in Industry), and says "Arrived" on the VVR, it still needs to be "Received". The other thing I find peculiar it's not Twin Oaks, PA but Chester, PA. Possibly delayed though...

I'm jealous of you guys who can track your railcar. Canadian National railway is proving difficult to track. No idea of where my railcar is since it was shipped on the 8th. Car sold this weekend I'm ready!

I called this number: 1-800-361-0198 when my truck was in route on CNR to the IHB Blue Island (IL) Rail Yard…they were very nice and helpful. BTW, it didn’t appear to be your typical CS Cal Center, just a receptionist…….

Tried calling them a few times and waited on hold for 30 mins before giving up. I'll try again.

Finally got some tracking information w/ UP (previously it never gave me enough time to say my rail#)... And CSX doesn't work with my rail#.

Here is my fax:

Based on some googlin', "arrival at industry" means final destination. So, I assume it'll be in CA Bay Area on 7/22...

My Delivery dates are 7/23-7/29....

Probably a small chance it arrives in that time for me to pick it up, but looks like there is a chance
