Anyone on BNSF301502? I can’t get the CSX tracking to work. I’ve never tracked trains before!

OK so I’m really confused. The Rail car number that Ford gave me. That train is going to Nevada and I live in California northern California. Of course my dealer says that all trains go to Richmond like others have heard. Apparently this train is currently in Colorado and is headed towards Nevada
And for the record the customer service at UP are A-Holes

UP did tell me that rail car will be in Nevada on the 22nd. So I guess that follows suit with a delivery on the 27th - 2ndAll CA trains would go through Nevada, and for Northern Cali, Richmond area is where they get unloaded and then cargo'ed to destination.
For rail tracking, you're not suppose to actually talk to a service rep, just use automated lines... if they don't work, then give up -- customer service isn't intended for us

Ford chat might have given you the wrong number, I feel like mine was wrong as well as it says it was Delivered Gibson, IN on June 11 .

I called this number: 1-800-361-0198 when my truck was in route on CNR to the IHB Blue Island (IL) Rail Yard…they were very nice and helpful. BTW, it didn’t appear to be your typical CS Cal Center, just a receptionist…….I'm jealous of you guys who can track your railcar. Canadian National railway is proving difficult to track. No idea of where my railcar is since it was shipped on the 8th. Car sold this weekend I'm ready!
