Pull up an online chat with FORD via your personal order page at FORD.COM
Ask then if they can share the rail tracking code with you.

It left Walbridge Ohio this morning, still on track for ETA 7/29 @1630 at East Brookfield Mass.

I was told by the agent for Ford chat that my Lightning is still in West Chicago. It has been there for 10 days now. I have no idea what the information on the UP trace is all about, but it is time I give up and wait to hear from the dealer. Each time I think I have figured something out it turns out to be incorrect. Trying to track this railcar has not been very productive .

Ok so on 7/25 it was received to Albany. Hope this turns out ok.

My understanding is CSX will trace any rail car they transport to its destination from the time they pick it up regardless if the car switches to another carrier…UP only tracks rail cars they transport. You might check the CSX tracker against the UP tracker to see if you get any different/additional info. It would also verify if the info I have on CSX trackers is accurate

I have tried CSX multiple times and it always comes back as no status available. I guess I'll just have to roll the dice and hope I don't end up in Vegas. That never ends well for me.

I tracked my Truck to Crewe VA, Railcar # BNSF314640 (Norfolk Southern Corp ). Spoke to my dealership sales manager and he said that place is sometimes a black hole, so don't get my hopes up, even though it is 45 mins from the dealership.
