Also, it is unavailable but the "Activate" vehicle button just showed up in my Fordpass.

Same! Though another guy on here didn’t get his ford points because he activated it before taking delivery while on a test drive. They were delayed taking possession due to shipping damage.

Once we see a tear tag are we done watching the modules page? Any reason to save them?

Yes, DONE, now step in line for the BUILT flag & date

The code is in a permanent archive with Motorcraft, it's only useful to dealer and independent service technicians if they need to reload the code on replacement hardware. There are shade tree wrenches who have the software & user license to perform these activities.

With a 7/29 blend day, my modules have popped! No tear tag, but hoping later today. If I have a spray in liner, is it safe to assume they would have to wait until that is completed?

I don't know specifically but I have a spray in liner for a 7/27 blend and got my tear tag yesterday morning.

My tear tag appeared this morning, the day after blend date. Yours will most definitely be up today.

Leading speculation is that it's a check or quick reference code for the configuration, it appears a few days after the code modules begin to populate below
