I dont remember seeing it but it's probably a damaged reacquired vehicle

What a letdown. My truck sitting at a railyard less than 20 miles from where it is supposed to be has me feeling a little melancholy. I have zero chance of getting it until probably Tuesday or Weds.

At least a half full convoy didn’t leave from the rail yard for your dealer while your truck arrived and sat at the same rail yard while they loaded the other cars and left.

FOUR cars it delivered. FOUR. To rub it in, OVISS sent me a delivery notification when it got to my dealer.

If a vehicle is damaged beyond the normal bumps and bruises the dealer used to reject the unit. At that point it would have to be re- waybilled with FoMoCo as the recipient. After 364 emails they will send a transport to pick the unit up. We had several Broncos that were crushed front and rear while on the train. After a ton of bargaining Ford "allowed" us to keep them and repair them with full disclosure to the customer.
