Key fob complaints

Yes, since PAAk has been solid for 6+ months, we don't Fob anymore. Mine is plugged in and set to 510am departure time to get cabin to 75 degrees before I leave.

When we come back from the beach for the day, I remote start 1/2 mile away and it's set to cool the cabin.

As far as the Fob to remote start, that's correct no button like on the ICE 150s.

I do get all of these buttons in PAAK

PAAK (not PAKK) allows your phone to be a key (Phone As A Key). This is done via bluetooth connection. When you are close enough to the vehicle, the buttons greyed out (windows up, windows down, ...) all become active.

And, you no longer need a fob on you to drive the car. If you're lucky.

This is how I start my F150 remotely. Soon, we will also have the other features as well as Phone as a key.
But, Ford Pass does ket you remote start your vehicle from, well I'm my case I'm 290 miles away.

Remote start works great with ford pass on my pro. Haven’t had any issues with the fob either. Obviously, the pro doesn’t have keyless entry or anything fancy, but works great for what it is.

Would you be able to post a pic of the Pro fob? Or key if one is needed with the pro? (Apologies I’m behind the curve on what the pro has standard even tho I was recently lucky enough to order one)

You always need at least a third on Ford’s. If you have two fobs you can program a third, but if you lose one of your two they it means a trip to the dealership to get a replacement. First thing I do on any new Ford is buy and program fob #3.

yes, $66. I have a buddy who works at a Chevy dealer who can cut the mechanical key for free as long as I have the key code.

Thanks, that number worked. The place I bought my spare Bronco key from had one in stock so I grabbed it.
