This really depends on what issues your build might encounter, technical perfections, QC issues and after treatments (spray-in-liner) before you get to built stage and the email follows about 24-72 hours later depending on what day of the week you hit the mark.

I noticed you, @IH905 and @DevonD got built status on 8/15 in my morning scan, prepare for incoming email!

That's great news! When I check my status on Ford Canada, it still shows In Production status.

my dealer said they didn't 'have' any reservation or order deposits to include, or to refund me, as though they knew nothing about it...

they eventually 'found' my $100 reservation, but said they didn't have any other deposits...

I had to SHOW them my credit card statement that SHOWS their Dealer Name and the $500 to prove it...

they said they'd have to get with Ford to figure it out (??) what?

[edit] they just texted me as I posted this ... they had to 'get with Ford' to figure it out, but I came out the winner(or would that be breakeven?) : ) Check will be in the truck when I pick it up.

I had the same issue with my dealer. Didn’t have a record of the $100 reservation fee nor the $1000 deposit I made back in April when I ordered. I was able to pull up the charge on my phone as well and show it was listed as the dealer. He included the reservation fee and deposit in the sales contract though so it should get sorted.

Ok. Thanks. Actually, I have tried those before. For some reason the USA one simply refuses to work for me. The Canadian site does work. I don't know if the USA one would have more info though.

actually the US version will show dealer name and address information, which you already know, but the Canadian site will not, BUT The Canadian site does give your ETA's after you reach shipped status.

My Lightning still has not moved to shipped, but I just noticed that the estimated delivery date was changed from between 8/13-8/19 to 8/19-8/25.

Ford.ca site hasn't been working for me most days and when it did finally work yesterday, it still said In Production, but OrderTrack just show up as In Transit!

You need to call your dealership immediately and work it out. If you wait for them to call you your Lightning might end up in someone else’s driveway for a hefty ADM. Asking them to wait a few weeks may be a deal breaker for them.

I spoke with my sales guy and he was adamant no one was touching it and to come in when I am back. These guys are a premiere dealership less than 50 miles from Dearborn… they don’t mess with Ford corporate. He is going to snap some pictures and email them to me when he gets time.
Oddly he mentioned that Ford isn’t delivering trucks with onboard scales right now which he may just be mistaken and that is a thing going forward. I will definitely double check the truck at delivery and make sure I get the price reduced if that is true since my window sticker didn’t mention it at all.
