Do you use ford app to track?

No, see this thread. You will need your car initials and car number, that you can get from the dealership, once the truck ships. I call the CSX number and its all automated and give my car initials and number. But as mentioned you NEED to get the dealership to provide the car initials and number. Maybe ford chat can give that, i cannot say.

Then i open the rail map and try to find where it is, its interactive and you can zoom in pretty good.

My truck left the Neemah Wisc rail yard just over an hour ago, looking at the rail maps it should be going to Deluth, MN, then straight on to Winnipeg. Barring any significant wait in Deluth, it could arrive in the Winnipeg yard early next week. then PDI and spray in bedliner. I Might even have to make a trip back to Winnipeg, from my Cabin to pick her up next week, fingers crossed.

as of 2:06 it passed through Marshfield, WI, which puts it in Deluth today as there are no other towns listed between the 2. Well nothing large enough to have a stop anyways..hoping.

So I can see my window sticker using the VIN supplied to me by the dealer. It says I have a blend date of 08/07 but my reservation is not showing as built yet. It may be because I specified a spray in liner and that delaying things not sure.

I can't access the app tracker as it says my order number is invalid?? I only have my order/reservation number from the ford.com website is this not the right thing?

Window sticker also says convoy as transport method but I am in CA??

Any ideas how I can access the tracking app and why my order number is invalid?

Order number is on your sticker. Look at Item # box on the bottom. The 4 digits after the hyphen is your order number.

shop.ford site has me as "shipped" "on its way to dealership
the ford personal page has me as "built" but not shipped.

As below mentioned to find out your order number. What is your In production date?

My blend data is 8/6, in production 8/7 and built 8/17. I don't see any reason why your date would be much different.

I went from built to shipped to built today. I hope they don't take it apart piece by piece and start all over.

It didn't have any different information to the standard Ford website reservation page. Still says in production as of 08/07 but not built as yet.

At least I know know how to get in to the site to check, so appreciate that help.

I have access to ford.com standard reservation info and shop.ford (now that djteotancolis helped me out) but is there a third source of info I haven't yet tried?
