They were shipped by Sunrun. Ford should just throw the charger in frunk. Don't understand why they need to let Sunrun to involve. Dealers already gave us a lot of trouble. We don't need any middleman.

Somehow I already received my FCSP from SunRun, I’m just waiting on an installer.

I used the customer service chat and got my railcar info. Train/truck departed Willard, OH this morning and is scheduled to get to Selkirk, NY on Friday 9/2 at 11AM. Not sure what it's steps are to get from there to Western MA (only about 75 mi to the dealer), but I'm optimistic that the 9/7 - 9/13 est. delivery window is accurate. Fingers crossed!

I believe mine is on the same train! Was originally supposed to be in Selkirk on 8/28, which then pushed to today, which as of this morning pushed to 9/2. It seemed to loiter in Ohio for a few days. My dealer is probably 90 miles south of there, so I’m still not sure if it will jump on a truck from Selkirk, or if the rail car hits a different train to a closer location. I was optimistically hoping for earlier than my estimate of 9/5-9/11, but I’m thinking that’s right on track at this point.

Dumb question - I know there were delays w the charging stations. Are the ERs arriving with the pro station or are they shipped separately? Any intel on current timing if they’re separate?

Separate, you will be contacted by SUNRUN soon after delivery by email to go to a website to confirm your mailing information is still accurate, then soon after it's FEDEX'd to you ~7-10 days you will have it.

Delivery estimate just got reduced from 9/12 - 9/18 to 9/3 - 9/9.

Truck was on rail as of yesterday in Boston. I am guessing it will go from there by convoy, but I have no idea.

Congrats! I'm encouraged to see quick delivery times here to Maryland!

I'm planning to use Parsons as well, but their rate is scheduled for its monthly change tomorrow (hopefully not up!) and given that I'm still a little ways off from my 9/11 blend date I'm not applying for the loan quite yet (takes up to 72 hours to go through underwriting, so I don't even know what the rate would be for September if I applied today anyway).

Looking at all the delivered trucks (congrats everyone!!) and those already in transport, I bit the bullet and contactedFord through the chat to see if they could give me any more detailed updates than "in production" which I have had since 8/1.

My car arrived at the dealer Tuesday morning (8/30) vs the shipping ETA of 9/4-9/10. Unfortunately I was going to be out of town until late tonight....I got a call from the dealer and spoke with them this afternoon and explained that I was out of town and would be picking up the car tomorrow (9/1). They said this wouldn't be a problem and then called me back about 5 minutes later and told me that if I didn't purchase it tonight, I couldn't get the $750 SCE rebate due to it expiring on 9/1 (this was out of their control).

My wife is awesome. She went down to the dealer, filled out all of the paperwork, basically took care of everything and bought the truck. During my layover in Denver, I am providing all sorts of information for her to check based upon what I have been reading here for the past 5 months. (The light bar and all of the body panels appear to be aligned, etc,.)

I also want to thank Fullerton Ford in Fullerton CA for making this easy. They delivered as promised and made it easy for her. No hard sell on options and MSRP.

I dropped by the dealer tonight at 11:30 on my way home from the airport to see the truck. My wife wanted to make sure that I was the one who drove it home. I get the keys tomorrow morning when I bring the proof of insurance. The only downside is that my name is not on the registration.

At least you can send request. Mine was shipped on 8/29 but still shows Feature Unavailable when I try with app.

I finally got Ford Chat to give me specific train information - so now I can stop bothering them and check it myself. Apparently it’s been sitting in Eola, IL for several days and it’s traveling Canadian National Rail. Now to find the tracking info for that rail system.
