Today's update: railcar arrived in Enola, PA at 3:30am. 223 miles closer...131 more miles to the dealership. Starting to get a bit excited.

On another note, I secured financing with Parsons FCU yesterday. 2.79% for 84 months. Fairly easy process overall, especially with them being on the opposite side of the country from me.

Update. My truck is at the dealer TODAY. I'm working on financing and stuff now. I like how useless the Ford tracking stuff is and it will cost me some interest in the end because I don't have the cheapest credit union lined up.

That's awesome. Since you are in MD, I was hoping we were on the same train coming in but I guess you were a little ahead of me. I'm hoping for a little good news in the next couple days.

Thanks. It's interesting to zoom into these pics and see so much. How they are able to coordinate the loading/unloading of the rail car with the convoy must require some elaborate software. Really would love to see a webcam of them offloading vehicles.

Another weird day. 9/12 build date. Still not shipped.

Just yesterday my ETA dates got pushed from 9/13-9/19 to 10/7-10/13.

Discouraging, but I'm still not shipped so I'm expecting more clarity once I finally hit shipped status.

Then, at 8:30 tonight I see an email from Ford Motor Company in my inbox. Exciting times. Thinking this must be my shipped email.

Umm....no......

So that's disappointing. And I'm assuming/hoping that this is just a standard email whenever an order misses it's dates, and not that there's something specifically wrong with my truck.

So I click "View My Order" from my phone to check my order on ford dot com just for the heck of it. And the mobile site is doing that weird thing it does sometimes where you can't see the Order Status or the dates.

Was just gonna leave it be, but I can't help myself and decide to check the desktop version of the site once before bed. And lo and behold, another set of dates. 9/20-9/26

But I'm still not shipped. So I really have no idea what's going on.

All I know is that I don't know nothing.

My delivery date got moved up to 9/20 to 9/26 instead of 10/4 to 10/10 so I'm hoping that's a good sign? Seems to be all over the map in this thread.

@pc-hangover Did you ever actually go to "Shipped" status? Or did you just get a call from your dealer that the truck was there? I'm in a similar position with my dates getting moved in a bit but still in "Built" status. thx

Today's rail update: the truck made it to Delaware yesterday evening...now let's see how long it will take to get to the dealership.

Correct, I never got the shipped email. In fact today I got the “complete your purchase email,” even after buying it yesterday.
