Water in rear light bar

Yes, I posted pictures of my tailgate lights, all have water too. I've got an appointment for the 9th with my dealer.

I am on my second replacement lightbar. The Dealership has been great about swapping it under warranty however, it takes about 3-4 weeks for them to get a replacement from the mothership.

I noticed the water buildup a few weeks ago, and today the white led portion stopped working and the entire red part flashes spartatically.

I guess it’s good others are having the issue too, that likely means Ford will have no choice but to cover it

This is now a safety issue... Can't have something that looks like a brake light randomly flashing while driving. What's annoying is, my dealer won't entertain the idea of ordering the part before seeing it.

Have you lost your rear camera yet?

Same thing happened to me, and then eventually I lost everything - tail light, reverse light, and my rear camera. Not fun

Same issue here. I'm out of the country, but dealer needs to see the car first. Pictures have already been shared confirming the issue with them.

I also have the same issue and very disappointed. Dealership called me today and informed me of an ETA of 12/28 for the part. This is so annoying and I agree is a safety issue with the tail light already burnt out and the reverse light flickering. I know the backup camera is next to go out

So what's the problem? Are there seals that are damaged or not properly placed during manufacturing or is there an inherent leak due to bad design (probably not)?

Well, I got water too. Seems to be getting worse each day.

Called the dealership. They said I need to bring it in to get checked out before the can order the part under warranty.
