I am also in Seattle area. The dealer said I could sign and do paperwork before in case of travel.

Ironically, all my times of reservation and order are before you yet not fully built or shipped. So really good for you as you still have a chance! What was your truck number on line for the week? U find that on the window sticker.

Are you going to risk filling out the paperwork and getting a delivery in January with no tax credit? Hopefully dealer will tear up your paperwork if that is your game plan, but worth considering.

delivery in January with no tax credit?

Are we all absolutely positive that the new federal tax incentive will not apply to the Lightning? Are are those rebates simply still in limbo and no one really knows yet if they will be applicable or not?

I'm frankly hoping that if shipped by truck yesterday that it will not take 3 weeks to arrive... Fingers Crossed it gets here a few days before their estimate and I can just pick it up before leaving town.

You seem to be in the next week build with blend date 11/20 yet ur vehicle finished before .. Just shows how Ford production line is so random!

Your truck is pretty much exactly the same as mine! I was 149/442 on the same blend date congrats on the shipping. Mine is still living its best life in BUILDING

I am starting to wonder if there is some intelligence going on here - I've seen others built after mine but shipped first. I am only 5 hours from the factory though. Maybe its based on estimated travel duration or just which color truck the chip guy likes at the time lol?

I have a feeling once trucks go to ramp 51, it's all random from there! maybe it's up to the tech/engineer to grab and fix cars blocking the way before getting inner cars! .. it doesn't look like first in first out at all.

Maybe playing a quarterly deliveries game push like Tesla does and this is pre-logistics so they are left with a greater quantity of more local customers. Since those brand new builds can be delivered to regional within a week and local with days? So are pushing all the longest shipping targets first and as the ETA crosses into January they will start to gradually dig into backlog of more nearby targets that may still have 2022 ETAs? Sounds like a fun strategy game to me... Shrugs.

Just shoot an email to your dealer. They can pull the rail car data from your order for you. Then you can trace via the hotline of whichever regional rail provider your truck is on.
