Enable AM radio on 2023 Lightning

I have successfully enabled the AM tuner on my 2023 Lightning XLT using Forscan.

ACM 727-01-02 xxxx x*xx xx-- (Change 1 to 0)

APIM 7D0-01-01 xxxx xxx* xx-- (Change A to 2)

There is some interference, but it is nice to know that if I pass one of those signs that says tune to an AM frequency for an important message, I can.

Anyone enable or disable Sirius XM using FORScan on SYNC4?

To disable it you would need to change the "SDARS" settings in the APIM, referenced at 7D0-01-01 and 7D0-03-03. You may also need to make changes to the "SDARS" settings in the ACM under 727-01-01.

Enabling it on a PRO may not be possible as there is likely hardware missing.

My pro is missing the xm tuner. I just have the base am fm radio module.

In order to add SiriusXM, I believe you would need to upgrade the ACM and add the satellite antenna. There is a kit available:

I believe they have on an OTA update , my 23 didn’t have it when I bought it and a month later it did.
