Is the bed scales delete still mandatory?

With the pricing update, I see that the item for the delete is still in the online configurator, but it still isnt requiring you to chose it. Do we know if Ford is still requiring it for the vehicle to get scheduled?

No window sticker yet but the order I submitted in April had no deletes, however no mention of onboard scales whatsoever in the order details. Curious if someone else who ordered this spring has a window sticker that mentions onboard scales

Does your truck include them in the options? The pro and XLT, you have to have tow technology package to have them added (to then need the delete).

The build and price site is still showing the "REMOVAL" automatically checked on, unchecking it reveals a warning and mentions the -$650 credit

It’s a lariat with tow tech, so it should be included but is not specified as a specific example. I can confirm I do NOT have a $650 credit

It isn't doing that for me on a pro or XLT when I add the tow tech package. But I imagine since it's still listed at all then it is still required.

Yes - August 14th week (no window sticker yet though). Also i did just look closely and "Tow Technology Package" is included as a feature, perhaps that includes the scales?

Yes, it is part of the tow tech and online it still says it's mandatory for the removal in the package details.
