Feel free to send over a private message with your VIN and dealership information at your earliest convenience.The fine engineers at Ford had been remote diagnosing my truck with the help of a local dealer (ok, local dealer is not much help, I did some stuff myself with the help of the engineers). They think they found the issue - at least in my truck - but need hands-on to check it to be sure. That was before the layoffs, so not sure how long to resume the troubleshooting after the dust settles... hoping it's just an issue with my truck and not something bigger that might be affecting the rest of you on this thread!
