Went to move my truck this morning. Truck has reduced power, 20%. Dash tells me to Service Soon. Pull over and Park as soon as possible. Not a great start to the day.

Just looked at my Ford app on my phone and it tells me that the truck had a charge fault last night. and to contact a concierge/guide.

Damn, dude I'm sorry to hear that. What is your truck a 22 or 23? What's your build date? And did you notice anything weird before you got this error? And were you using the car scanner app along with an OBD2 dongle beforehand to monitor module voltage variation and such?

Same here. At the dealer for over two weeks now waiting on a new battery module.

The truck is a 2022. 6/16/22 Build date. Extended range max tow Platinum. I do not have a scanner. So not really sure what went on. Two days prior the Intelligent Backup had a trouble shoot message during a House power outage. Two nights later the Ford app sent a message the there was a charge fault. Told me to un-plug the charger and re-connect.

Dealer has the truck now. They are not scheduled to look at it until October 9.

Aww man well hopefully once they do look at it, they get the modules ordered quickly and replaced so you get back on the road soon!

It seems yours is an early build as well so it would seem most of those with battery issues have earlier 2022 builds, though there have also been a few with 2023s that have had issues.
