I just updated my Tesla App as well; now, under Charge your other EV, it shows locations, and like EA with Pass Plus, pricing is also shown. If you click on the blue, learn more.

In comparison, it can be between 5 and 10 cents per KWH lower on the few locations I looked at.

Correct, to get Tesla discount pricing, you need to use their App just like EA Pass+
