Unresolved CSP disappeared?

I had 2 CSP's in my Fordpass app and was planning on having them addressed at the dealership... I unfortunately didn't take a screenshot so can't confirm exactly what they were but it had something to do with the HVB. A new CSP is there named "Battery monitor sensor replacement". Maybe this supersedes the previous ones or they changed the naming of it? I also believe there was 2 before and there is now only 1.

Anyone else see this?

And interesting enough, when I look online, the csp for module is gone as well.

Usually there’s a notification if there’s an update, but hard to tell if it was actually fixed OTA

Yes the CSP 23B57 disappeared from mine finally. I watched my tech do mine back in February and it just now cleared from Fordpass.

The 23B57 might have been fixed with the recent OTA.

Same for my truck, now all I show is the 23B70 for my self repaired LVB sensor, I'll get that cleared on the next tire rotation.

Folks no longer seeing a CSP tile is because all alerts are cleared and the tile is hidden, same for the RECALL tile.

What if the CSP was never performed? Why would it clear?

Many of us have had two CSPs.
CSP-23B57 - Sep ‘23. BECM module update, possible battery pack replacement. You can read the bulletin here. It says dealer can do the module update or there would be an OTA update early 2024. Perhaps you got the OTA update and it cleared?

CSP-23B70 - Jan ‘23. Replace BMS sensor on 12V battery. Dealer needs to do this although many have done it themselves.

Both these should have been on your list for a while. If you’re saying that 23B70 just now appeared, that is odd.

Are you certain you did not get the OTA to reprogram the BECM?

Also, what year of Lightning do you have being a recent purchase?

Thanks everyone, this was helpful! I don't have a screenshot from before and there is no history so I can't confirm exactly what was there, but I didn't recognize one named "Battery monitor sensor". What I recall is they contained more technical lingo like BCM and HVB... wish I had a paper trail that showed if it was 23B70 and maybe the name changed?

Would be great to have confirmation if a CSP was resolved by OTA... at least at the dealer we get a document saying it was fixed vs leaving us to wonder if the mysterious disappearance is a glitch or intentional.

Also, what year of Lightning do you have being a recent purchase?

Not sure how i'd know if any OTA would reprogram it. '23 XLT ER
