I just received an A2Z adapter which I order several weeks ago. But after spending 2 hrs. trying several Tesla stations at 4 different locations near me all I get "failed due to charge station fault".
My wife owns also own an older Tesla S and we have never had a problem charging. I have registered the Lighting on the Tesla App, told the app that I had an adapter and registered my Lighting on the Tesla App. but to no avail. Yes, I did lock the charging cable to the adapter and everything seems to lock into place but very frustrating!!!!! Either I am doing something wrong or the A2Z adapter is bad? Any ideas?
