Wondering if it will affect a power tailgate.

Was carrying a load of tubes and paddle boards in the mountains last week and the tailgate was bouncing so bad I was afraid I would damage something.

Ratchet strap secured to the safety chain loops on the hitch will work to secure your tail gate

My power tailgate sounds like it’s struggling when lifting. I wonder if this strut would help it a bit.
