Blue Cruise not work and don't know what to do

Yeah I've tried to engage it and it never received the error?

Push the button to turn on your blue cruise, then push the button to turn off lane keep assist, then push the button to turn lane keep assist back on. That sequence would always give me the driver facing camera error. If yours does the same, then you will know what the problem is, and how to fix it.

Mine does not work either. Just stopped working and says the driver facing camera is blocked. Which it isn’t. Same issue was with the Mach E. There’s no fix

I have checked and it does say active in my connected apps

Just an update for everyone who might be wondering. They sent a Ford engineer and they were unable to resolve my BC issue. They have sent setup a token to collect more logs/data about what is happening and gave the truck back to me. When I drive I submit Bug reports for them to review and hopefully this will give them the information that they need. I think they did a software modification to the truck because every time on turn on Cruise Control, lane assist comes on at the same time. I can disable the lane assist, but it didn't do that before.

Just in case anyone was following, the issue is officially resolved this week. I want to thank everyone for their help! If you would like to know the details of what it was just PM as I'm not entirely sure it should be posted in a public forum. Thanks again, and I forgot how much I actually used BlueCruise!
