Lightning in Europe sat nav help

CAN I CHANGE THE REGION ON MY LIGHTNING TO OPERATE IN EUROPE
I have brought my Ford lightning to the Uk from N Carolina and would like to be able to get the vehicle to realise it’s here ! I have managed to get the ota updates working fine I have even got the FordPass app functioning perfectly, I need any help that anyone can offer to get the nav to work and the DAB (digital radio) . I have forscan software and wonder if there are any coding changes that will change the satnav region to Europe , ford sell the Ford Mach E in Europe and wonder if anyone has any knowledge of the codes they run and if this is similar or will work on my lightning.
i have changed the radio receiver from uk ford Kuga which enables the even fm banding that europe uses

Have you tried Google maps with Android auto or carplay? I prefer it to Fords Nav

Yes I have Android Auto working fine but really want the factory DAB radio and nav to connect up

Also, I would change the country code in all the relevant locations to whatever the country code for the UK is. The country code for the US is 5553. So in these locations, change it to whatever is correct for the UK:

This one below is the TCU. If your TCU is working right now, you may want to leave this one alone to not mess it up.

thanks again, I changed the TCU for one out of a UK 2022 Ford focus which in fairness has been my best progress so far meaning the vehicle updated and Ford pass started working

This is the TCU from a 2023 Mach E that was built for the UK. 554B should be the country code there.

As I fitted a uk TCU from a 22 focus would it already have the correct country code or would the f150 change that back automatically?

I don't think it would change it automatically, but pull the a/b data on the TCU to see what it says there.
