Need help with X-plan pricing

Fellas,
Need a little help here. I’m in the Los Angeles area and have a x plan pin through Mustang club of America. I’m looking to buy a lariat ER. And I have a dealer telling me that with x plan I get the rebates but Ford would reject the deal if they add any more dealer discounts. Is this true. From what I have read many people have posted deal with xplan+ford rebates+dealerdiscount.

Believe they are correct… x-plan for the Lightning has only been around for the ‘24 model year. Search x-plan, there’s already a thread.

A x y z plan are a set price and you can get Ford rebates but you cannot get any dealer discounts sometimes you’re better off getting an old truck that the dealer wants to get rid of with their crazy discounts.

Ford rebates total 11K
Tax rebate 7.5K

So all the offers come in around 58K. Which I think is really solid especially with 72 months 0% or 84 with 1.9% thank for the help.

With A/X/Z plans the dealer can adjust any trade you have. When I bought my 23 Lariat ER on the Z plan the dealer offered an additional $2K on my trade in if I took one of the Lightnings he had on his lot.

To be clear, it's a TAX CREDIT of $7,500, not a rebate. If you get it at the dealership, you still need to qualify on an income basis when you file your 2024 tax return.

Eligibility is based off your AGI from either the year you buy the truck or the year prior, whichever is less. You are able to use your 2023 return to qualify.

Right. But you still.need to qualify. People are going to be surprised when the $7,500 they got off at the dealership is then owed in April....
