Has it always been this way or did it come by update?
I don't use it often enough since start of ownership, 8/4/22, to have noticed a change of M/O, but it's possible an OTA enhancement has improved our experiences.

Sorry for the silly question, considering a 2024 flash, but - Do I have it right that the only way to keep the truck on at night is to keep something plugged into the outlets? But also that the 9.6 kW pro power needs to have been equipped on the truck?

Considering camping In the truck often, and wanting to know how to make it work/what I have to do. Used to Tesla's camp mode, and heard that there are work arounds.

There are some builds which only have a 2.4kw inverter, possibly that's good for camping as well, but if you can locate one with 9.6kw that would be better IMHO, as for the system staying active, many folks have reported the system shutting down when there is not enough of a persistent load being drawn, ideally Ford needs to loose this tolerance/requirement so that unnecessary loads aren't required.
