Bed Lighting Upgrade by Ruxifey

I’ve used some of the Ruxify solutions on my last truck without issue, so I looked around to see what they make that will work with the 21 f150. Turns out they make a plug and play bed light fixture.

INSTALL:

I was already under the truck installing new rear shocks, so I simply reached up to depress the clip from underneath. This was easily reachable.

Use a panel tool to remove the wire harness from the OEM assembly. Unclip the wire harness. Replace with new assembly, and repeat steps in reverse.

I did not take comparison pictures, but the result is a much brighter cool white light. For the $20 price tag, I would definitely recommend these to anyone who works out of the bed a lot.

ETA:. They arrived. I installed one. Will wait until dark for pictures of each side before installing the other.

Installed. First is original left. Second is new right. Third is center shot with both new in.

I don't think pictures show it. But, certainly brighter with new. My neighbor was here and agrees.

At $15 all good.

I'm very interested in these. The link from the OP brings me to a product that says it's intended for a 2015-17 F150 or Raptor 17-18. Can someone confirm that is what I should buy or is it a bad link?

Same switch that was already in the bed. These replaced what was there.

Oh ok I was thinking it was an addition to if you didn't opt for it when you bought the truck. Cause the blanks are there for the lights, I misunderstood sorry.

For anyone else that gets these, is there any chance you could get a photo of the entire bed with one side as the original lights and the other side the upgraded lights? It may be easier to see the difference if both are in the same picture

The picture did not show what our eyes saw. It looked much better in person.

I can confirm that pics really don't do it any justice. Here are 2 pics of the new vs old in my truck. in both pics the new Ruxify lights are on the driver's side. In person the difference is quite noticeable but it just doesn't come through well when photographed.

Thank you both. @jeffcrum I didn't realize the last picture had both lights in it. @YOCUBED I can kinda see the difference in your picture, but you're both right, it is subtle in the pictures.

Just curious, were our trucks supposed to come with lights on both sides of the box or just one side?
