I was set for AMB to be my choice, but after seeing it in person, I'm having second thoughts. It's great indeed, but very dark - almost black if not in direct sunlight. It's very similar to my blue metallic Model S. But unlike the S, I have no prayer of being able to garage the F150 and keep it free from the elements most of its days. Even with ceramic (I ceramic coated my S) I'm afraid it will still always be perpetually dirty. Star white is now the front runner.

I'm with you, AMB is not blue unless its in direct sunlight so star white is my next choice.

I didn't realize how dark AMB was as the images on the build pages were much lighter. I tried to change my order to iced blue silver but it was already pushed to production by the time my dealer got back to me. Oh well. It's gonna be tough to keep it clean but I still think it looks great.

It’ll be hard to keep clean indeed, but the more pictures I see the better I feel about my antimatter blue choice.

I have the Bronco in AMB and really like it and glad I got it. My Lightning is star white though to mix it up.

I thought about putting ceramic coating on it. However, living in Jersey with salted roads in the winter sends me to a car wash to clean it off. Car washes and ceramic coating don't normally end well.

It is much darker then I thought and will be a pain to keep clean.

I went with antimatter blue but now I am not so sure. My favorite color was from Ram "maximum steel metallic".
