Righto, I'm looking for NFC lock/unlock capability like the deadbolt I have on my front door...not accessing the app, just tap and go.

RIght, I should have been more clear: I'm looking for the "tap my watch on the door handle" functionality, using the NFC chip. :) I have no desire to use PAAK, but using my watch would be fun. :)

I wonder if this version will include the Apple Watch updates to lock/unlock the vehicle using it...that'd be nice. :)

Have you tried parking at a slight angle? Ours fits, but I have to put it at about a 5% left angle to fit between the wall and the steel pipe protecting the furnace and gas lines (had to do the same with our Tundra).

I know this is speculation, since no one but Tesla has NACS onboard now...but looking to the future, as Ford and other automakers retool and change out CCS for NACS on the vehicles themselves, will those vehicles then have the ability to utilize V2 stations? There's no "conversion" handshake...

Same, with my 2023 Lariat 511A ER; I have no desire to upgrade. If anything, with these changes (especially if this is the trend moving forward), it might push me back towards Rivian for our next vehicle (in five to 10 years...). Some of my friends have called me "unreasonable" and "paranoid"...
