Not entirely sure myself, but double check which way yours is mounted. If it’s incorrect, it may be more difficult to get off. This was posted by another user a few months back as far as the right and wrong methods:

I've been meaning to do this since I picked up my F-150. I think its nonsense how some Lariats can top $75,000, and XLTs and XL can easily crest $50,000 and somehow we are blocked out of having the wireless charging option that is afforded to the King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited trims. Well...

Are these the wheels you have on your F-150? I did a little research for you, from what I can tell you are safe using a flat head screwdriver or pry bar. A lot of the sources I read recommended tips by using a towel to place against the area why you will be prying, or sticking the tool inside...

True! I didn't even think about that. That high gloss piano black looks great for about five minutes, then its scratch and swirl city! No matter how much you try to take care of it and protect it!
