Honestly for me personally it’s not something that is bad enough to be worth the effort of trying to get a replacement. Mine doesn’t seem to be quite as bad as the OP’s. Especially if it isn’t 100% certain that a replacement would even fix the issue. So right now, not planning to complain...

Mine definitely has this. It was immediately “clear” that it was inherent to the windshield. Hearing that replacement windshields still have it is disappointing. First time I’ve ever seen such a thing on a windshield. I wonder if @Ford Motor Company has any comment

116xxx here and got the same jump to nov. seems like approximately 0% chance they will ramp from like 5k units a month to 50-60k units a month over a 1 month period. schedule expectations management 101: don’t wait until the due date to communicate a delay over and over.
