Normally I too am always right there with getting updates as everyone else. I had 6.2 the same day I saw everyone else did. Weirdly I got the Apple Maps ev routing feature yesterday but it still says 6.3 isn’t installed yet. 🤷‍♂️ maybe it’s halfway installed? Great to have that feature though...

Sorry to hear you’re having issues. In my 10 months of ownership and 21k miles I’ve only had the main screen freeze up and reset twice. Never anything with the instrument panel screen. Hopefully they can fix your issue. That is a serious safety concern. If your dealership won’t take it seriously...

Go to settings. Then general. You’ll see a record feedback button. Interesting I’ve never seen a confirmation for sport mode though I rarely put it in sport mode.
