I was messing with my pro power today and hit the ground fault test button on the center screen (touch pad). It told me there was a ground fault detected. However, the outlets do work fine. Anyone have the same issue? Do you think it is a software failure? Thank you

I wanted to post what I am hoping is my final update. The dealership replaced module #2 and I have taken possession of the truck. It successfully charged to 100% and the charge curve appears to be normal. On a level 2 charger, the charge current does not start to ramp down until it is over 90%...

@Mpi This is my update. It turns out that there is a second bad module. The module is on order. They allowed me to take possession of the truck until the module arrives. That turns out to be a good thing because we are expecting a decent amount of snow this weekend. I has a Ford Edge as a loaner...

I believe that is exactly what is going on here. I will give them a shot and explain the issue on the 14th.

I agree. It is pretty damn close to a 20% variance which would explain why the current is ramping down so drastically at 80%.

Yes, the variation is over 18.5%. Now it all makes sense to me. I know from past experience that during level 2 charging, the truck ramps down the current draw when it gets close to 100%. Now I can see why it is ramping it down (significantly) when it hits about 80%. It is basing the SOC on the...

@PJnc284 I think I figured it out. I did not realize that my Autel has access to all of those parameters. Look at the state of charge percentage between modules. It is over 18%. I am assuming it is not supposed to be that high!

Yes, a friend should have access to FDRS. I would like to see the individual cell voltages but individual module SOC would be sufficient. The car scanner app does show individual module SOC? Anyone recommend a decent bluetooth OBD 2 adaptor?

I have to get access to another scanner. The scanner I have does not show the individual SOC and voltage variances. I suspect that there will be a variance as it states "rebalance in progress". I should be able to get my hands on a different scanner soon.

I did another test this morning. There is something definitely wrong. I set the charge to 100% on the app. I started at 73%. The initial charging rate was 12KW on my Autel charger. Once the truck hit 80%, the rate dipped to 3.8KW. I also used my autel scanner. It stated "rebalance in progress"...

@TaxmanHog Yes, I remember that it used to taper down after 90%. I am going to monitor it closely over the weekend. I do have an appointment for January 14th at the dealer.
