As a first wave Pro owner who works for Stellantis, Iāve thrown down my $100 to reserve my place for a Ram. It will all depend on pricing. I donāt think I can move from my $41K Pro into a $75K standard range Ram. It will be interesting to see EV fed credits and if Stellantis will honor employee...
Painless MSRP transaction with my dealer on my July 2022 deliver of my Lightning Pro. Brad Howell Ford in Kokomo did a wonderful job! And Ford built an amazing vehicle for $41k. The value is unreal at that price level. I might be hesitant at current pricing though.
Here in Kokomo, Indiana I have yet to see another Lightning. I get quite a few questions and stares. And a lot of skeptics squawking about all the downfalls of EVs. No many in this conservative area want EVs.
I find my Pro audio adequate but itās one of the few things Iād be willing to throw a grand or two at to have a fantastic sound experience because of the level of quiet within the cabin.
First time EV owner of a Pro. It fits my lifestyle perfectly so Iām going to keep mine for awhile. Now am I looking at a used Hellcat as a second vehicle to fill my petro void? Obviously, yes! Lol
2,100 miles on my Pro. Averaging 2.2 miles per kWh. I would guess my driving has been a 50/50 split and when I drive on the highway I usually set the cruise between 65-70. In town I usually floor it at every chance I get. š¤£š¤£š¤£
Having lived with my no option Pro for a few weeks, if given the chance to reorder, I would grab both tow packages. I can see the 360 camera being very useful and like the extra cooling capacity. Even with the increase in 2023 pricing, this truck is still a great value.
