2.7 is very good...but of course, you are conscientious about speed to maximize range. THIS is what has to happen if someone is worried about not having enough range when traveling....SLOW down, take slower back roads, etc.After just under 1,500 miles, the average energy usage is 2.7 miles per kilowatt hour. When on I-95 or other interstates in northern Virginia, my average speed is 55 - 60 mph, even if the speed limit is 70 mph. My commute to work involves about 24 miles of highway one way and I go in during the off hours or use the hot lanes when available.
Was there any type of weather affecting the range? Rain? Wind? Temperature? Elevation gain? Even loaded down I'd expect well over 2.0-2.1 at 65mph travel speed.Just did weekend road trip in SR. Approx 350 miles each way. Two adults,, three kids and dog. Frunk and bed were full. Averaged between 2.0-2.1 mi/kwhr when 65 and under. Anything 65-75, i averaged 1.8. was not happy when my range said 190 afer charging, next charger was 110 miles away. So I'd expect to arrive with somewhere around 80 miles left. Nope, had 30. So remember when travelling highway, be conservative with your stops because the number on a dash is just an educated guess.
But overall after 1400 miles, trip meter shows avg 2.3 mi/kwhr. Thats about 70% city, 30% highway.

It was perfect weather conditions. A lot of up and down terrain on second leg. I generalizes my ranges a bit.. 66, 67 still ok but u can tell a slight hit over a bit of range...68,69 even bigger, 70 was a more drastic drop.Was there any type of weather affecting the range? Guess-0-meters are fine, but there is certainly must be an ability to display remaining available kWh.
