Just turn off lane centering and drive the truck.

Lane centering is an aid, not a hands free steering system, you still have to make inputs. Lane centering will kick off if it doesn't have a good view and it's up to you to keep steering the truck.

I think you and I may have had this discussion before, I apologize ahead of time if it was someone else. I disagree with "just turn off and drive the truck". It's a feature, and an expensive one at that. Why spend 70-80k on a truck if you can't use the features. As mentioned here, and my related thread, no one is saying they aren't driving the truck; hand is still on the wheel.

BTW if you think no one purchases a vehicle just for those features; I will tell you that I purchased my LER strictly because it was the least expensive, hands free driving and lane centering half ton truck on the market, with the most luxury features. Well that, and the fact it was one of the fastest production trucks available in the market.. As a truck, it already had the utilitarian functions other trucks have, and the fact it was an EV was secondary. My options were this or spending another $10k for a similarly outfitted GMC/Chevy w/ super cruise.

I get it, the features are important, I love the truck, love bluecruise. I learned how to use it to its full potential. However, the truck isn't self driving, you still have to steer it. It won't bug you if you steer the truck.
