Just called NSC. Supposedly “departed on flat car River Rouge……Michigan Dec30 @ 5:54am”. I couldn’t make out the word said between rouge and Michigan.

I was hoping to hear it say arrived in Delaware which would’ve given me hope of delivery today/tomorrow. Oh well…more time to settle the price protection with my dealer I guess.

Early this morning Ford sent me an email, telling me my estimated delivery date is 12/31-1/6.

I live near Berea. My dealer is probably 5 miles from there. I better stop by my dealer later today . Suprised they would ship from Dearborn to berea on train but what the heck.

Hmm well the train has to pass through there anyway to get to NJ. I wonder if they actually put yours on a train. That would be crazy!

Tracking via train number they gave me in chat. Then calling Norfolk southern

You can try United road trucking to see if they have your VIN loaded

My estimated delivery to Santa Cruz California just updated to January 3rd-9th. I'd be so stoked if that is a legitimate time frame.

Mine is sitting in a rail yard in Illinois and my salesman told me today it won’t move until after the New Year holiday

my tracker also updated from its original timeframe of 12/31-1/6 to now 1/2-1/8 so I believe he’s right.

Does anyone has similar options/config to me (see my signature)? I am trying to see if the chip hold is B.S. and problem is something else of there is an option like tow tech package that everyone is having problem with.

I'm in the same situation. My original estimated delivery was 12/26 - 12/30 but got pushed to 1/1 - 1/7, looks like it's just been sitting in the lot for the last week and I'm less than 4 hours away (). I get the challenge with scheduling transportation but it would have been nice to get it before the end of year... oh well.

I think you will be OK. But your situation makes me concerned about mine a bit. Because our blend date is the same. Since when I ordered, they had the scale removal, that gave me the impression that Ford with some of the longest mass production experience has lined up their supply for MY23 already. So when I hear “chip hold”. That gives me the impression that is just a place holder in their database for “something is wrong” and it can be used for anything. CS has been fairly useless with details so far and I don’t want to miss out on the prematch tax incentive. So I am already starting to think of backup plans. I don’t know how long I could stay in limbo. I am thinking either I should get something before March or Something after fiscal year (State tax incentive).
