Mine went to Ramp 59 on May 11th, and went to Plant Hold on May 17th. That was the last I heard of it

I feel exactly like I did when this happened to my 21 F150 Platinum from last year. It got built, went over for bedliner and then just sat for almost a month before it moved. I figured don't get a bedliner and you will get it quicker. I should've just got the bedliner now. Next time I do this, I'm not selling my other truck before I get the new one. I should've just kept the 21 F150, but there was a shortage of trucks and in the fall a guy offered me $10k over what I paid for it. I've been regretting that ever since.

I'm trying not to have a pity party here but I'm disappointed as well. I imagine the logistics crew is under pressure to deliver as many trucks as possible, so it makes sense to roll the more recent builds directly onto trains/trailers instead of pulling ours off of satellite lots and flashing new software.

I'm optimistic that many of us will see movement this week. Here's a mannequin with a 4/20 Blend and 4/27 Production date that's heading to a dealer that's thirty minutes from my home. Wish they would have put my truck on the same trailer, but oh well 🤷‍♂️

Weirdly, a dealer demo that I've been watching reverted back to awaiting shipment after showing shipped. 4/20 blend date, 4/27 production date.

Mine is the first one with a blank build date. Bet that means, well, nothing. Oh well.

Orders were placed in order by Wave #
Trucks appear to have been built in order by Wave #
Shipping appears to be at random

I mean imagine you got Wave 1 and they responded and said no Wave 3 will place their order before you. This process makes no sense, the only thing that makes sense is that there is some sort of issue with the trucks and they cannot ship them.

Is it the Max Tow Package?
Is it because I threw away the Ford Credit Card application I received in the mail?

I too am happy for the others that are receiving their trucks, but I just wish Ford would man up and just communicate what is going on to those of us who have a truck built and just sitting in a parking lot somewhere..

Truck driver shortage, software update, chip shortage, didn't get approved for Ford Credit Card, throw me a bone here.

Production is not by ordering wave

Shipping might seem random, but I expect they are not loading a west bound truck on a east bound train car, this is not FEDEX or UPS, they have a system and it's working.

Thanks for keeping this up to date.

‘’but dang it‘s hard considering 4/20 blend, produced 4/28 - even guy from 5/12 was at dealer last night, as you’ve seen.

do we know anyone who can grab mine off the ford lot and get it ready?? 😀😀😀😀😀

Maybe I'm just not understanding the process correctly. When you say they are not being produced by wave, are you saying that the April produced dates are a mixture of all waves? It was my understanding that those April dates were predominantly Wave 1, but maybe this is where some of my confusion comes from.

Honestly I think the “Waves” were just for ordering purposes and then actual production/shipping went back to “it depends on your dealer” meaning how many allocations they received and sales of F-150.

This is where Ford will change in the next couple of Waves. It’ll be first come first serve and not dependent on other factors.

I believe there are some Wave 1 invitations that haven’t been produced or built.

Scheduling of the trucks likely went by whatever was most efficient for Ford, not when the order went in. As far as they are concerned they just had a big list of trucks to produce.
