Since you have a railcar number, you can track it with one of the rail companies to get an exact delivery. Sometimes there are transfers, so you will get the transfer information first until it gets on the train that takes you to the final destination.

TTGX982535 is my number, it looked like that was a NS Norfolk Southern #(based on some other info I found on this forum) so I called to check the status but it said there was no info for that number, so either I'm calling the wrong place or I just need to be patient and let them finish loading the railcar lol.
Another week & @Ford Motor Company doesn‘t disappoint. Got built, then they move UP expected delivery, leads to expectations - only to be dashed. No way they’ll hit 8th when truck sits untouched in south lot.
If you have the visibility report in your hands, you can see who the first carrier is going to be. It could be that the first carrier is going to transfer it to Norfolk Southern. It could be something like Canadian National Railways. That's who took mine and then transferred it over to Union Pacific. My visibility report showed it as Canadian National railways.
I may encounter another issue to add to my multiple issues so far. The stupid railyard has been showing my truck is still in their yard and on hold since June 9th when it was mis shipped. Even though it left on the 18th to go back to Dearborn, they apparently didn't document it. So if my truck is on the train that's currently being unloaded and they already have it marked for hold, I may be stuck at the railyard for awhile until someone can figure out how to get it out of hold. This type of crap should not be happening in this age.
I don't have it. I asked my dealer for it and he said yeah I get you the info from that report....then text back later and said I should get it in a month....I'll wait a couple more days then ask him if he can either send me a picture of the report of give me some actual detailed information.
It sounds like you might have better luck. Just calling Ford customer service or going on Ford chat to get it from them. They don't sound like they're really going to send it to you.
I’m amazed with lower than usual shipping volume because of all the supply constraints that shipping is still difficult and problematic.
I feel the same pain as you. Because how I accidently did my loan, I'm going to be making the first payment on my lightning tomorrow and I don't even have the truck yet. It's fine, but that's not usually the way it's supposed to work.
Well, you can take solace in one thing…you locked in your APR.. Rates have gone up .5-.75 in the last 30 days and may do so again after the Feds meet on 7/26.
I wonder if that big rush at the end of the quarter caused a shipment queue for the logistics companies. This one was what, 26 days between built and shipped? If that holds roughly true that puts me at shipping on the 21st. Which is in my ETA window. Wonder if ETA's are the new shipped dates lol.Shipping out on 7/6
