Well, I just checked on my CSX status again and on the up side, the train is on the move again and should be at the spot where my truck gets unloaded tomorrow... the down side is my estimated delivery dates on Ford just shifted by 3 days in the "wrong" direction so my delivery window is now June 30 - July 6. Did I say that I'm usually a very patient person?

My ETA just changed from 6/24-6/30 to 7/01 to 07/07……..

Why don’t they just end my suffering and say 08/02-08/08 lol

Here is the newest status on my merry go round truck that I have been waiting for. Per regional manager, he states that the visibility report is not accurate and my truck's last truck status that he can see is on 6/19 - Plant Quality. It left Mesquite on 6/18, so definitely was trailered back up to Michigan since it couldn't arrive that quickly by train. The ETA established on 6/19 was for delivery 7/01, but he thinks that could change. This info was dated 6/24 that he got so it is 4 days old at this point. He also said that he will get a new freight verify report tomorrow, and it should contain any changes to my truck on it and the shipping info.

If the truck did indeed get the QC issues fixed on 6/19, maybe it is already on the road part of the way down here and it will come by 7/01. That would be great and just in time for the long weekend coming up. Hopefully tomorrow I will have a better status once the regional manager gets the update. I have my fingers crossed that it will be delivered much sooner than 7/24.

Tell him to do you a solid and ask someone on the other end to push accept on your Truck that way you can track it

My last Ford Pass request lasted about 2 weeks before someone denied it at the railyard. I reactivated it only about an hour after he denied it, but no one has accepted or denied it this time around. So it is still pending and hopefully on a train somewhere. i was hoping that it would have been activated so I could see how it is coming down the road.

So I have a good(ish) update. My order status remains “built” but the delivery date just changed…in a good way: from July 24-Aug 2…to July 16-July 22! I like it, but I take that with a high degree of skepticism!
Additionally…on the FordPass app conversation: I previously had access to the truck via FordPass (someone accepted the request) for about a week…then it was deactivated…and now it won’t even allow me to try and activate it again until it’s delivered.

For those that have vehicles that already shipped, when did you get an email from Ford showing a picture of your vehicle when you vehicle came off the assembly line? My vehicle shipped already, but found it odd that they are sending this to me since my vehicle was last on the assembly line on May 10th.

Mine shows In Transit via OrderTrack, shipped via Canada Ford site, Built US Ford site, with delivery date of July 15-21. Who Knows!

US site actually says Shipped, but always neglects to say the ETA like Canadian does.
