I received the shipped email this morning at 3:52am. I am going to call Ford Customer service this morning and find out a little more information. The last call on Saturday didn't go so well, the rep kept telling me that it was released and the location was Ramp 34 in Mesquite. So hopefully I will see a railcar number or something that will better clarify if it shipped back to Dearborn or it didn't.

Same here. Mine has been sitting in Richmond, Ca. for 8 days now. Doesn’t appear to have even moved in over a week.

I called Ford Chat, Ford Marketing, and then finally my dealer and no one has a clue what is happening right now. My dealer called the Mesquite railyard and they told them that it still shows in the system as being at the railyard in Texas like it never left and still on hold. The dealer asked the railyard if it shipped back to Dearborn and then came back again, and of course the railyard had no idea. The visibility report is showing that it is still in Mesquite and the hold has been released, but also showing it was shipped with no railcar # and an estimated delivery of July 24th.

I really hope that I am not once again going through a big cluster of problems. The dealer is calling the regional rep to figure out what it is going on with my truck. The visibility report only shows a couple lines after the first delivery on the 9th. And those just say that it was released to the ramp, but still saying CA34 in Mesquite, TX.

That or Ford sent somebody down to Mesquite to fix it instead of shipping it all the way back. I find the building a new one though a little bit less likely.

My estimated delivery week has arrived (June 27 - July 3) and so I checked in with Ford Customer Service to see if there was any sign my truck had moved off of Ramp 5M in New Boston, MI. The location still shows Ramp 5M, but there was a railcar assigned (which was new info). When I called CSX to check on the location of the railcar it said it arrived in Buffalo, NY yesterday morning. So that's movement in the right direction. Seems like the delivery window is still possible.

Haha, you enjoy it. Mine is on my way, already here, or somewhere at this time. Just nobody knows where it is at the moment. I'm still waiting on regional manager to figure out what's going on.

Well, I just checked on my CSX status again and on the up side, the train is on the move again and should be at the spot where my truck gets unloaded tomorrow... the down side is my estimated delivery dates on Ford just shifted by 3 days in the "wrong" direction so my delivery window is now June 30 - July 6. Did I say that I'm usually a very patient person?
