That is the correct tracking info and the same thing I am seeing. Also, when my MachE arrived at the dealership, I received the same “complete your order“ email that same day.

Inspection revealed an issue with the tailgate not working. No further details but was just wondering if anyone else had issues with the automatic tailgate? I would imagine it manually works.

So there is an issue with the lift gate. It beeps 3 times when trying to open it. In settings if you try to switch it from manual to power, it thinks for a second then forces the selection back to manual. I am thinking it could be a module issue or the sensors think there is an obstruction. Ideas?

Also, there was a note on the window from the factory that said inspection failed, replace puma. Any idea what puma Is? That delayed shipping for a bit and I am also wondering if it is related to the tailgate issue.

Hmmm, every once in awhile my tailgate beeps three times and does nothing. I just press again it it opens or closes. Never thought much about it until now. Maybe the pinch/safety sensor is touchy and I just get lucky

There is another tail gate problem reported, similar to this. Thought it this forum, could have been one of the others, but there is another similar issue I've read about.
