Good news 5/30 build week. My modules have finally POPPED. @TaxmanHog Checking every hour or so has finally paid off.

Blend 6/1. With Spray in bedliner.

I'm at 12/204 with a blend of June 1 and a spray in bedliner. Maybe they are being sprayed together! Hope things pop any day now.
This Platinum landed at my dealer this morning in Brockville On, Canada. Mine is their only other allocation this model year.

My sequence # was 8467 and Modules popped about 11am CDT this morning.
Just checked @Ford4Life2319 who had sequence 8486 and his Modules popped sometime between 2:00 and 4:15.
Your sequence is 8494 so I think your modules should be up at any time. (Just not as of 4:30 CDT).

There can still be a chip hold.

Example when my modules populated, there are 1024 rows of data that come up on the BCE (body control) section. My truck has all of the Tow options

The Lightning does not populate any PCM (Power Control) modules.

I have been under the impression that the modules populating identifies what is alive with the truck and that the "Tear Tag" indicates what the truck should come with. I don't know if there is any way to identify any missing modules. I'll save the 1024 rows of data for my truck and then compare to the same website when my truck is shipped and see if there are any changes.

- The Pro model (with tow technology options) that I also looked up has 1017 rows of data FWIW.
- An XLT SR with no Tow options I checked has 964 rows.
- An XLT ER with no tow options also has 964 rows.
- A Canadian XLT ER with all the tow options and that has been "Built" has 1028 rows. (four more than mine). Not sure if that means mine is missing 4 modules or if there is some difference for CA trucks.

This seems like a great task for @TaxmanHog to dive into and document the rows of module data on various Lightning trims that are known to have been built/shipped/delivered vs. the last two weeks of "chip hold" Lightnings. Or perhaps it would be a fools errand?

Edit: I'm pretty confident that trying to compare module rows between trucks would be a fools errand. Some of the early builds have many more rows of data. Perhaps they were updated before being shipped.

No, you can have your mods pop and a tear tag and still be stuck on chip hold. My ICE F150 order has been produced with mods/tear tag since 1/21; still on chip hold and never alive in Fordpass.

Mine popped sometime between 10:15 pm last night (13th) and 6:15 am this morning (14th)! "In Production" now shows 06/13/2022.

Modules popped yesterday and this morning my tracker now shows "In Production". The tear tag on the modules has not yet populated.

Maybe Ford needs to add a sixth milestone in the tracker of "Chip Hold"?
