EMAIL delivery is sometimes hung up because of ISP processing and spam screening activity.

You could get really impatient like the 6/13 build group and start calling the Ford order/reservation number or find a chat link and bug someone in person 6,742 times a day.
Our build week has shown considerable restraint with contacting Ford directly wanting up to the minute updates on our LIghtnings. (Or at least admitting to it in forum posts.)

I actually ordered mine from Elk Grove Ford. Hoping they don't try to jerk me around with markups. :/
