I’m wondering if you need to have your test tag for this to work cause mine still says unavailable

The system(s) on your truck need to be ready to take the incoming request, the app then hears of a successful though pending request, if an employee is in the truck while it's showing, clicks accept, then you're connected.

Mine initially failed to connect, then it did but remained in pending acceptance for weeks during build and delivery, it was denied once by the train loader and then resubmission stayed pending until the dealers PDI guy clicked accept.

I tried ford canada and my dealer. No one can give me an update on production status. Not looking good

I ordered from Norm Reeves in Cerritos to avoid markup that Chino Hills Ford was trying to charge me.

Order Track will show "Awaiting Shipment" when you reach built status.

Ford Vehicle Order Tracking-Canada & Ford Vehicle Order Tracking-USA will give you actual built date, but will not show ETA (on the Canada version) until it moves to shipped.

Your personal order page My Vehicles will show built status and lower down on the left a projected ETA once you get to built stage.

Nice! I just chatted with ford and was told I'm currently in production and I'm located on Ramp 59, Dearborn Truck, MI -- projected ETA 9/19, which I know is wrong -- probably four weeks after that date is more likely. Anyone know what ramp 59 is?

I’d be fine with that ship date for spray in! So strange they told me 8/29-9/4 delivery with spray in but gave you an estimated ship of 9/7

Yeah I was wondering why the dealer had an ETA when the status was still in production so I reached out to Ford chat and they told me my truck is at Ramp 51 also confirmed ETA of 9/14.

My modules have now populated. I was 8/19 blend date.

Looks like 8/8 folks are seeing shipments for vehicles without Spray in. 8/15 I am assuming will make progress next week
