@PiMatrix I wasn’t baiting you. I am actually getting sad about the progress (or lack of) of my truck. Thank you though for the amazing art and I’ll consider it personal artwork and shall treasure it always. Amazing the kindness of strangers!!! Oh, and I am getting a Carbonized Grey Lariat Er if ya wanna make that pic accurate. And I’m a fan of the Providence Friars!

Back on topic, I was pretty delinquent in securing financing for my truck and now need to deal with the inflated interest rates. Lowest I could find locally was Merrimack valley CU in Massachusetts (3.5 to 3.74%). What are all you doing for financing?

My rate is worse than that and I am still shopping around.

3.49 is actually pretty good right now with the multiple rate increases. There is an excellent thread on this here.

As a short cut there is a really good search engine on rates here. It isn't 100% complete but pretty good. Firstnewyork.org has 2.49 for 60 mo but they didn't cover my county in NY.

Having an Masters of Computer Science, all interesting.
I haven’t looked for financing yet. Have thought about calling around. Also have on list to call energy provider to find out if they have rates/plans for EV drivers

I just got two quotes from local credit unions here in Maine... one for 2.25% and one for 1.74%. I have no idea how they are so low when my primary bank is about 6% right now, but I'm hoping to lock in one or the other tomorrow.

Sure, Evergreen credit union, and Coast Line credit union. I havent gotten locked in with either of them yet, but those quotes were both from today.

Ha, well this was not too easy. I was able to photorealist oil painting getting the color of truck right and added an aurora borealis while sparing the truck from lightning induced micro chip holes. But when I tried to add the Providence Friar, you morphed into the Friar Dom himself so I made that one post-impressionist.

Another issue was the phrase Pickup Truck. Somehow that meant that Friar Dom lifted two front wheels off the ground. This is why we should never put AIs in charge of our nuclear arsenal.

Still learning how to communicate with the AI . It has a mind of its own.

I logged in to check on my status today and my delivery date has been officially bumped back, confirming what my dealer told me the other day. rather than a 9/4-9/10 delivery window I'm looking at 9/11-9/17. I still feel incredibly lucky to have it built and shipped already when so many are being hit with the chip shortage, but was really looking forward to testing it out this weekend!

That is great news! So glad to see some movement on our week toward getting out of Area 51.

My order confirmation date is 04/13/2022, my "In Production" (notified early August) circle is only about 10%-20% shaded :-(

Now that I'm in the built state, I can see an estimated delivery time on my reservation page. Looks like the estimated delivery date range has pushed out 9 days from what was originally quoted to my by Ford Chat last Friday.
