I can't get the order tracker on the Ford site to bring my truck up.

Do you have any contacts with IT staff, tell them what ever they did to the public facing database over the weekend has reduced it's performance!!

I can't even get the plant level IT staff to take care of our slow desktop computers.

It finally shows my production date of 09/07/2022 on the tracker. In addition I emailed my dealer and they told it's produced and I have an ETA of 9/18! I'm so hyped.

I'm 26/426 with an 8/30 blend date. Dealer says it is on Chip hold but still shows estimated delivery 9/16. Seems optimistic. Anyone Else in this same situation for 8/29 build week?

I checked with the chat and they stated there were no holds showing on mine.

I also was told I didn't have an ETA for delivery yet.

My dealer said they could give me an idea of when it will be delivered once production is finished. I assume that means that I need to wait for built status.

A Ford chat operator told me that my truck was in production and to contact New Vehicle Support Team 800-334-4375 for more info. He couldn't see any chip hold but to contact New Vehicle Support.

Texted my dealer & he said all it showed on mine was it's been produced. Nothing else so if he knows more he wasn't forthcoming.

My truck just in the last couple of hours popped up on a micro chip plant hold.
