For some reason, it looks like it's just a screenshot here. I did find an online tool that did the same.

It seems counterintuitive as most just look at the interest cost versus the total cost.

For me, the total cost difference on a 5-year at mid 6's loan versus the promo rate was net $4732 savings on taking the $7500.00 This number also does not count if you pay it off early or refi at lower costs.

FWIW if you're just interested in interest cost and total cost, there's probably 100 calculators on the internet that can do that. I highly recommend this one.

I did update the link so it links to the sheet, and doesn't use a media tag. Don't know why it automatically did that.

Just a data point update:

My 9/17 blend date, 9/21 "In Production" date is still listed as "In Production" as of this evening.

Since I asked my salesperson about the $7500 cashback incentive, I also asked if she had any better details than I'm privy to on Ford's website.

She said the truck is shown as "Sent Offsite...on hold, waiting on a part..."

I still don't have the CSP or recalls showing up for my VIN, so curious what the hangup is.

As stated earlier, my build is: Lariat ER, spray-in bedliner, power deploy running boards, max tow

Just for reference I had similar specs - lariat ER, blend date 9/17, in production 9/21. I had spray in bed liner and hard tonneau cover. Mine was marked “built” on 9/30. Maybe the power running boards?

Blend date: 9/18
In Production: 9/21
Lariat ER, Spray in, Max Tow.
Maybe our trucks get red/yellow lights on Quality Control, or it is just a random process.
I got an update yesterday that my truck is still In Production. The phone agent was not able to provide any new info.

Think the $7500 retail cash must be regional. It shows up on Edmunds for certain zip codes but not for my Seattle zip.

Maybe call your dealership. It didn’t show up on Edmunds for my zip either. Called my dealership in Salt Lake City and my sales rep put in my vin and said it qualifies.

Since the Palsapp convoy tracking has been fixed to prevent unauthenticated users from tracking by VIN, does anyone know of a good convoy tracking method, or are we at the mercy of the traffic gods at this point?

Yeah, I actually reached out to them shortly after writing that and got confirmed that it does, in fact, qualify with my order.

My dealership is straight with me, I get the same finance options as offered in July with my order, $1,500 credit plus a $1,000 credit for trading in my Mach-E. They also want to get with me and see if other credit options are better. I'm optimistic with them vs the dealership that I got my Mach-E from.

This is interesting. It clearly says on the Ford site that the rebate cannot be combined with the earlier financing. Perhaps thats just for the Lariet model?

I would check again as it's specifically says either the promo credit rate or the cash incentive not both
Most sales People are clueless.
