I got the truck this past Thursday, but did a few things to it.

-Installed Bakflip MX4, now on its fifth F-150, but first EV F-150. This tonneau cover has been a trooper.
-Installed dash cam
-I got the Ford molded mud flaps and used the paint marker idea from this thread but we ended up doing white instead of the blue. I liked the blue idea, but the white is a lot easier to see and goes well with the truck.
-I did the adjustment for my driver door as I could hear the seals rubbing over bad roads that others on here discussed and provided a solution for. Very easy and truck is much quieter.
-My usual array of FORSCAN mods to turn off the double honk (although I learned after this is a menu item on 2024s), removed the "full view not available" from the rear camera, and changed the number of signal flashes for lane changes.

I have the frunk nets coming today, which is less a mod and more just adding in something Ford stripped out, but happy so far.

I am debating if I want to reinstall my bed boxes or do something different. Having the frunk opens up a lot more options.

What did you do to your driver’s door to get rid of those noises? It’s driving me insane.

Did three things to my lightning this week. First I was inspired by a brandon flash video to finally pull my front license plate off and plug the holes. Painted some plugs from a local auto parts store and it looks great.

Next I was jealous of the higher end trucks painted mirror caps but am too cheap to pay the 400 plus to get them from a company like lethal performance. So I bought some cheap mirror covers in white off amazon and then painted them to match my avalanche color.

Third I wanted to give my truck a mild level to give it a little more clearance. My goal is to keep the stock size tires and hopefully do as little damage to the range as possible. So I slapped a 1.5” level on the front and am very happy with the results. Got a quality alignment the next day. I have driven about 280 miles the last two days and my efficiency is sitting at 2.4 miles per kWh with about 80% of that being freeway driving. Thats near as makes no difference what I was getting pre level.

Bought seat cover after using towels stuffed under headrests that never stay for the past 12 years (moved from old truck). Bought one for Mach-E also. Price dropped for Amazon Spring Sale and retirement says time to spend money.

Also got rid of leaking old compressor that my father in-law gave me with a new compressor last fall. Decided that the old reel he had in his stuff wasn't worth mounting so put it up for sale and bought a retracting one.

Also bought non-vehicle items like scale for my homebrewing.

Do you have a link for the Amazon caps?
Did they fit on easily?
And do you think the white color they come in is close to the Oxford white?
Thanks

Mirror Link

I think it matches Oxford White pretty decently. There is a photo in the comments of a white lightning so I will let you be the judge.

Other links for the leveling kit in case anyone is interested.

1.5" Leveling Kit

Camber Kit buy two to install on both lower control arms.
